The hotel is conveniently located near the centre of the city, allowing easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. Guests can easily walk to nearby restaurants to order their favorite dishes. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pool area and balcony provide a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The indoor pool is a nice addition, especially during colder weather. Guests can also indulge in spa facilities such as the sauna and steam rooms for an extra fee.
There were some minor cleanliness issues in the hotel rooms, with debris on the floors. However, the staff cleans the rooms daily to maintain a comfortable environment.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beautiful location away from the hectic center was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was satisfying. The hotel also provided convenient transportation options for exploring this city.
Don't have any issues at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the full body massage was heavenly and left us feeling completely relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and beautiful gardens, making it the perfect place to soak up the sun. the restaurant served delicious halal food with a poolside snack bar and lobby bar for drinks. Every one of our needs was fulfilled, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of pool chairs during peak hours. the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue by providing additional sun loungers.
